Objective: Covenant Leadership International Ministries (C.L.I.M.) has as its objective to train, teach and transfer leaders into a covenant relationship with God and man(kind). It is designed to be a catalyst for men and women to become aware of their covenant relationship with God and the benefits and responsibilities that come with that relationship.
Goal: The goal of Covenant Leadership International Ministries (C.L.I.M.) is to enlighten and encourage leaders to operate in their gift of leadership through preparation, collaboration and communication.
Mission Statement: Covenant Leadership International Ministries (C.L.I.M.) is a ministry of mentorship to leaders to bridge the gap between leader and people through our covenant relationship established by God through His Word.
Target Participants: The targeted participants for Covenant Leadership International Ministries (C.L.I.M.) are pastors and churches that have been birth and have been in existence for 1-5 years.
First Target Meeting with Pastors: The first targeted meeting with 1-5 year pastor and leaders is: T.B.A.
